Child Justice, Inc. is a national organization based in Silver Spring, Maryland, with satellite offices in Columbia and Rockville. Child Justice staff attorneys work with non-offending protective parents to seek appropriate judicial solutions to protect children. We advocate for children’s rights when the courts fail to protect them in custody cases that involve domestic violence and/or child abuse. We also handle protective order cases that involve children.
